About the Artist
Hi, I'm Kinga
I’ve been enjoying art and creativity since I was a child. I started painting in watercolors 20 years ago. After relocating to Oregon I had to change to acrylic to capture the radiant beauty of all that surrounds us. I love to work in acrylic because it is an environmentally friendly medium, it dries fast, no diluents, no fumes.
My favorite subjects are flowers and landscapes. I paint in my studio most of the time using pictures and photographs as a reference.
I participated in some Juried Shows and exhibitions during the last few years. Many of my paintings are now in the possession of private collectors.
I keep continuously learning by taking workshops and joined Acrylic University last year.
My love for the outdoors would not be complete without the hikes, travels , adventures, that fuel my artistic inspiration. I also love to listen to music while I work.
I am a retired nurse, live in Dundee, Oregon with my husband and my black lab. Mother to two lovely daughters and two sweet grandchildren.
